Is the SlackYard suitable for beginners?
Yes. The low setup height and adjustable length make it suitable for beginners.
What ground surfaces can the SLACKYARD be installed in?
The SLACKYARD is designed for grass and compact soil. It is not suitable for sand or extremely soft ground. For softer ground, extend your ground anchors and add more screws per side. For hard or dry soil, try wetting the grass first so the screws drive in more easily.
Will the ground screws damage my lawn?
No. The ground screws work like a lawn aeration tool and leave only small holes that grass recovers from within a few days. No concrete, no digging.
Does the SLACKYARD come with everything needed for assembly?
Yes! The SLACKYARD is a complete all-in-one system. It includes heavy-duty A-FRAME pedestals, GIBBON webbing, a high-tension ratchet, and our proprietary ground-screw anchors. All you need is a standard power drill.
How big is the SLACKYARD and how much does it weigh?
At maximum extension, the SLACKYARD spans 5 metres and stands 43 cm tall. It weighs approximately 4 kg, making it easy to transport or store away for winter.
