Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

Most GIBBON orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed during the weekend are usually dispatched on the following Monday. Our webshop ships orders from Monday to Friday.

Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders of €100 or more to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

For Greece and Norway, shipping is free for orders of €250 or more.

The following standard rates apply to shipments weighing up to 30 kg:

Albania: €220.95
Andorra: €142.50
Malta: €183.95

For other available destinations, the applicable shipping cost is displayed during checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the customer.

Customs Clearance, Duties and Taxes

International deliveries may be delayed by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. GIBBON Slacklines is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by local authorities. These additional costs must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer must pay the additional shipping costs for redelivery.

GIBBON is not responsible for lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information entered during checkout.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Notifications

Orders are delivered by UPS or DHL. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier may leave a notice in your mailbox or contact you by text message or telephone.

Please follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
