Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers, meaning any individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to withdraw from a contract under the following conditions.

A. Instructions for Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 1 month from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement and order number.

You can use our online withdrawal form to submit your withdrawal electronically. This is the fastest and easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exclusive residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.

4. General Information

Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods.

Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.

If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against potential transport damage.

Please do not return the goods freight forward.

Please provide your name, address, e-mail address, order number, product details, order date and delivery date so that we can process your withdrawal request quickly.

Please note that the above general information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
