Preparation Excercise II
Stand for one minute in this position.
You will feel your shoulder muscles and upper leg muscles working to counteract.
Same excercise the other way round.
HOW NOT TO
Tilt your torso, keep your legs stretched and keep arms under the shoulder locked on the torso.
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
