Preparation Excercise I

CHALLENGE
Stand for one minute in this position.
You will feel your shoulder muscles and upper leg muscles working to counteract.

INSTRUCTIONS
Head upright position torso centered, knees slightly bent.loosen shoulders and rotate them over head without moving the torso while using hanging leg for counter balance. Note: shift your hip to avoid tilting you torso. Start with the arms over head (more lever effect).

HOW NOT TO
Tilt your torso, keep your legs stretched and keep arms
under the shoulder locked on the torso.

ANY PROBLEMS:
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
