frogflip to feet

1) go into chestbounce* (see chestbounce)
IMPORTANT: get more air than for a normal butt frogflip* (see butt frogflip)
2) push on line with hand & bring legs under your body
3) grab knees to make rotation faster
IMPORTANT: Spot the line ASAP!
4) open up arms and legs & land on your feet
