This magic spot can be set up from a minimum of 25m using just a Surferline and one span set at the ratchet end, or has longline potential for as far as you please.
It is within the security compound of skydive dubai, but with a good crew of slackers there if you really wish to run this water line it is possible by contacting me or one of the other skydive Dubai slackers. The outdoor gym located just near this waterline is also great for beginners and has strong steel poles for lines from 10m to 50m. Please be mindful of other users of the gym and avoid during weekends when it is really busy.
