INSTRUCTION
2 steps - one body turn:
stance on stronger foot. Step with foot 90° inwards then 180° turn with the stronger foot. The body turn (180°) starts with the 90° foot step and ends with the 180° foot turn. The weight is shifted shortly on the weaker foot enough to make the 180° turn of the stronger foot. best to look in advance for the new focus point to know what to focus on. don´t forget .

HOW NOT TO
Bending while turning, not focussing, not fully turning your shoulder, only therfore half turn (see exposure turn).

ANY PROBLEMS:
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
