the first step
Balance 10 sec on right foot, step, then 10 sec on other foot.
Start with basic stance. Move your hanging foot
forward without shifting your bodyweight. Once
the foot is propperly on the line shift your weight
without adding an impulse and tilting your torso.
HOW NOT TO
Lean forward and step on the line and miss the line.
