Stepping Up

CHALLENGE
"get 10 times 2 secs for left leg and
get 10 times 2 sec for right leg."

INSTRUCTION
Stepper excercise, step on and try to catch
the weight with your bent leg. This will reduce the shaking! Apply your stance you have excercised always with the shoulders right angle to the line! Remember! Keep you head up and focus on a point ahead.

HOW NOT TO
starting from the tree, running off and misstepping and crash

ANY PROBLEMS:
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
