CHALLENGE
Find the feeling that you can drop your arms.

INSTRUCTION
Find control of balance by going beyond 10 sec.

HOW NOT TO
Tilt your torso, keep your legs stretched and keep arms under the shoulder locked on the torso.

ANY PROBLEMS:
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
