CHALLENGE
10 sec on the line.

INSTRUCTION
Keep your balance longer.

HOW NOT TO
Tilt your torso, keep your legs stretched and keep arms under the shoulder locked on the torso. Pushing and jumping off and therefore stepping into the flex of the line and overtilting/ fall! Danger!

ANY PROBLEMS:
Low setup (1 ft or 30 cm). Apply enough tension not to touch the ground when in the middle. Difficulties with your setup? Find setup manuals under products.
